Clean interior/exterior of microwaves. (each service day)
Clean,disinfect and polish all counters,tabletops,sink and fixtures,exterior of refrigerators and cabinets including pulls/handles. (each service day)
Sweep/damp mop floors corner to corner. (each service day)
Restock all soap,hand sanitizer and paper towels. (each service day)
Polish all chrome fixtures and piping. (once a week)
Number of rooms
Restrooms:
Empty all waste receptacles,reline and wipe down if necessary. Take all trash to designated location for removal. (each service day)
Restock all soap,toilet paper,paper towels and toilet seat covers. (each service day)
Clean,disinfect and polish all restroom fixtures, dispensers, sinks, toilet bowls, urinals, ledges under the paper towel dispensers and partitions. (each service day)
Clean all restroom mirrors and metallic surfaces. (each service day)
Dust mop. damp mop and disinfect all restroom floors. (each service day)
Report any leaky or broken fixtures to facility manager. (each service day)
Report any graffiti on partitions to facility manager. After reporting and approval, remove graffiti. (each service day)
Pour water into floor drains. (each service day)
Dust all high and low surfaces beyond normal reach(once a week)
Dust door jams and door frames. (once a week)
Spot clean walls. NOTE: some spots may not be removed due to the nature of the wall surface of the stain itself. (once a week)

GYM / Locker room:
Restock gym disinfectant wipes. (each service day)
Clean and disinfect usable showers. (each service day)
Exterior:
Empty all waste receptacles,reline and wipe down if necessary. Take all trash to designated location for removal. (each service day)
Pick up debris within 20 ft radius of building entrances. (as needed)
Final check:
Clean/Organize janitors closet ( if needed )
